SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all our products using UPS. Shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. We wouldn’t expect someone from Illinois or Missouri to pay the same shipping charges as a customer from Florida. We give you the choice of “Next Day Air”; “Second Day Air”; “3 Day Select”; or “Ground”. Since this is a perishable product we can only guarantee “Next Day Air”. However, many of our customers choose a different shipping option and are very satisfied with the condition of the meat when they receive it. You also have the option of using dry ice. There is a $15.00 charge per box for the dry ice. We generally ship on Mondays to make sure the “Ground” orders arrive at your door well before the weekend.
Specially insulated containers are used to make sure your order arrives safely. Since these containers are somewhat costly, we require a $20.00 deposit on each box shipped. Your shipment will include a prepaid return label, so you can just re-tape the box and attach the label to the empty container, take it to a UPS terminal or give it to a UPS driver. When the empty container gets back to us, we will immediately refund your deposit.
When we receive your order and get it put together, we will calculate and send you the charges on all the shipping options. At this time we will also give you the total charge for the meat, box deposit, and dry ice if indicated. After choosing the shipping method that fits your needs, just send us a check for the full amount. When we receive your check we will ship out your order the following Monday.
