ORDERING INFORMATION
You can easily order meat directly from our freezers to your door. Simply e-mail your order to neism@iowa-natural-meats.com or call us at (319) 474-2342.
If you choose to order by e-mail, please include your complete address and phone number. Of course we welcome your phone calls and enjoy visiting with our customers. Since we are out working our farm or selling our product and making deliveries much of the time, please leave a message on our answering machine and we’ll get back with you as soon as we get in. When you phone us, we may ask that you send your order through the e-mail along with your address. This enables us to print your order and enter it in our “Orders Pending” file. This certainly curbs mistakes on our end.
When we receive your order, we will check our inventory and contact you immediately to inform you if we have the items available at that time or if there will be a delay in shipping your order. We are a small business and are occasionally sold out of some cuts of meat. We try to get our orders filled and shipped within 2-4 weeks.
Most of our shipping containers hold approximately 25# of meat. Read about how we handle shipping on our Shipping Information page. A full container stays frozen longer. Of course, you can order any amount you want, from a package of pork chops to a whole beef. When you order a half or whole hog or a half or whole beef, you have the choice of how it will be cut up and packaged. We will ask for your cut up order or have you call our processor with the information. This information will include number of chops or steaks per package, size of roasts, pounds of ground beef per package, etc, etc. If you aren’t familiar with this process, we can send you a “Cut Sheet” or visit with you on the phone. Be assured, we will make your ordering experience completely painless.
